R.S. Foundation Systems started back in 2008 repairing residential foundations experiencing settlement; this was done using an underpinning process. Essentially, underpinning is a means of re-establishing the foundation support of a building to create a deeper and more competent ground layer below the existing ground support. Typically, we accomplish this by installing piles.


In addition to underpinning, we provide the following services:

  • Slope stabilization and retaining wall solutions 

  • New piling for house or deck supports

  • Anchored retaining wall repair
