Being one of the founders of R.S. Foundation Systems, Chad is a proud veteran team member. He is goal driven and believes that teaching and learning is important for everyone. We’re thankful for the many years of experience and skills he brings to the forefront in helping the business grow and evolve.

Manager – Business, Technical, Special Projects
Having developed a passion for the industry working as a summer student during University, beginning as a labourer with a shovel in hand, Geoff has a wide-ranging understanding and interest in all aspects of the piling industry. Transitioning to a management position in the industry began with a role developing and managing safety programs and systems, affording him a valuable perspective on this most important component of the piling industry. Geoff is a founding partner in the formation of R.S. Foundation Systems back in 2008, which was started by identifying an opportunity to provide superior value and service to clients. Active in the operations of the company still today, Geoff’s focus is now on operational and design innovation and efficiency and supporting employees and workers to continue to provide the value and service that are the foundation of R.S. Foundation Systems’ success.
Owner / Operations Manager
Wes joined the team in back 2013 with an eagerness to learn and expand his knowledge of the industry. He is goal driven and providing the right valued solution to the client is what gives him the ability to bring projects to completion. He believes being proactive and having a high understanding of the industry, is a part of the value he brings to helping R.S. build the success they have today.

A newer member to RSFS' team, Tyler has a wide ranging skillset and has proven himself a valuable member to the team.
Peter brings 17 years of field, consultant and management experience. Peter prides himself on focusing and providing efficiencies on a daily basis to help on schedule, budgets and overall morale for the crew and clients. Not only does Peter focus on ensuring the projects go as planned and on schedule but that safety is #1 priority. You can catch Peter building planes, golfing and biking when he’s on his time off.
Document Control Coordinator
Aristotle is an accomplished student with experience in business social media marketing. Delivering a modernized take on business aspects with an energetic willing to learn attitude. Being our document control coordinator, Aris aids in the accuracy and organization of the documents for current as well as future projects. Aris is currently working towards his degree in business and is also a collegiate athlete which comes with strong goal orientated determination.
