Being one of the founders of R.S. Foundation Systems, Chad is a proud veteran team member. He is goal driven and believes that teaching and learning is important for everyone. We’re thankful for the many years of experience and skills he brings to the forefront in helping the business grow and evolve.

Geoff Muller

Owner/Business Manager

Having developed a passion for the industry working as a summer student during University, beginning as a labourer with a shovel in hand, Geoff has a wide-ranging understanding and interest in all aspects of the piling industry. Transitioning to a management position in the industry began with a role developing and managing safety programs and systems, affording him a valuable perspective on this most important component of the piling industry. Geoff is a founding partner in the formation of R.S. Foundation Systems back in 2008, which was started by identifying an opportunity to provide superior value and service to clients. Active in the operations of the company still today, Geoff’s focus is now on operational and design innovation and efficiency and supporting employees and workers to continue to provide the value and service that are the foundation of R.S. Foundation Systems’ success.

Cory Sostar

Office Manager

Cory has been with R.S. Foundations since May of 2009. She has demonstrated a strong administrative
history working in the construction industry. She began as a part-time administrative assistant, and over
the years her position within the company has evolved significantly. Not only does she manage the
day to day operations in our office, she also oversees finances, human resources and safety. She works
side by side with the owners, project managers and estimating team, assisting with ongoing client and
vendor relations.

Wes Young

Operations Manager

Wes joined the team in back 2013 with an eagerness to learn and expand his knowledge of the industry. He is goal driven and providing the right valued solution to the client is what gives him the ability to bring projects to completion. He believes being proactive and having a high understanding of the industry, is a part of the value he brings to helping R.S. build the success they have today.

Seth Madden

Project Manager/Estimator

Seth is an experienced Project Manager with nearly 10 years in the industry. He enjoys what he does and carrying out all aspects of a project from start to finish has given him the reputatuion he deserves. He has a strong professional attitude and the day to day tasks of his position, along with his wife and kids are what drive Seth to be the best at what he does.  

Bradley Gosse

Business Development

In order for Bradley to bring you a valuable solution, he has spent the last 2 years learning everything there is to know about the piling industry -- from reading text books and project specifications, to on site experience. He's currently applying this knowledge to his role in business development for R.S. Foundation Systems, where he's responsible for marketing, sales, and client relations. He's driven to learn and bring's his full capability to the table.

Glen Scaife

General Superintendent

Glen is a dedicated general superintendent with experience in various large diameter systems. With over 20 years experience in the piling industry, Glen is a great asset to our team and has continued to provide us with knowledge for many different solutions. Deep roots and eagerness to learn have allowed Glen to be a recognized and respected name in the industry.

Chris Howard

Administrative Assistant

Chris comes to us with a background in with over 20 years’ experience in accounting and administration working in the oil and gas, drilling supplies and products, transportation and construction industries.  She is thrilled to be working with R.S. Foundation Systems and brings a well rounded skill set to the team.

Erik Ersser

Project Manager/Estimator

Erik brings 15 years of field and management experience in deep foundations to augment the RSFS team. He has a background in architectural and civil engineering technology, and is currently pursuing his MBA. He strives to continuously learn and apply new knowledge in all facets of work, life and play. With a keen eye for process improvement and a big picture mindset, Erik thrives on synchronizing people and information to provoke success in challenging environments. Outside of career and academics, Erik enjoys activities in the mountains from camping, hiking and scrambling in the warmer months to skiing and snowboarding in the colder months.
